These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the KeyTakes website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Playzooka Limited ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

KeyTakes turns links you submit (such as YouTube videos with available transcripts) into summarized, fact-checked briefings. Summaries are generated automatically and may contain errors or omissions; they are provided for general information only and are not professional advice.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• KeyTakes is offered as an auto-renewable subscription (KeyTakes Pro). Pricing is shown in the app before purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

4. Acceptable Use & User Content

You are responsible for the links and content you submit and for any content you make visible to others. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree not to submit, create, or share content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise objectionable, and not to misuse the Service.

We may review content shared within the Service and reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can report objectionable content or block another user from within the app; we aim to act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content you submit and content owned by third parties) are owned by Playzooka Limited and protected by intellectual property laws. Source material you submit remains subject to the rights of its original owners; you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit it.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that summaries are accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Playzooka Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new date; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
